I am impressed by the selection of quality food, packaging and fast delivery. I ordered some frozen food which I asked not to pack to stay frozen still they made sure it stays as cool as possible. On the top there was a little gift. Excellent customer service. I was holding myself back ordering but now I know I'm coming back. Keep up the good work! ☺️

I have ordered more than 50 various size items two days ago weighing 34 KG and promptly received my order earlier this morning exactly when DHL texted me in advance. All items were delivered as ordered plus a small present which was a nice touch. I have never received a package with contents so carefully and safely packed including some refrigerated items which were packed in padded envelope with a bag of cooling gel inside. My favourite groceries delivery in the UK! <3 I've only used Magaza's online shopping service so far, mostly for Croatian food: the selection is great (all the "essentials" and "classics" available) and the way the parcels are packed with loving care makes opening them quite an experience. Top green points for re-using branded cardboard boxes and using recyclable/compostable frozen packaging.

Magaza Shop is great! The online service is unparalleled. They package everything so well, the food always comes fresh and on time. I love that they put some Kiki bombons in the packaging as well that you have to "dig out". It's a bit of a treasure hunt in itself :) For me, having this grocery shop that caters to Croatians and other people from the ex-Yu region, is so important to feel at home in the big city. The selection is also pretty wide, which means that I don't have to go on a crazy wide hunt to find items. Keep up the great work!
